COR'18 | Day 6 - Construction & Teaching Part 4

It's Day 6 in Dhulikhel, Nepal which signified our last day of service in Kavre school for Deaf kids! Same teams continued doing the painting activities with kids and you can see that they were having a great time painting the CDs! :D Besides, smaller group of COR'18 volunteers also continued painting the walls until perfection!

Why perfection? Well, you can see from the image above, the art is like so perfection! Credits to Kenneth Chin from Winter! :D

Meanwhile, at the construction site, WOW! Construction team has done really a good job! We could see the wall (almost finished though!) :D That's the results of collective effort from COR'18 peeps! Hope that Deaf kids from Kavre school could get to enjoy the fruit of labour that we worked so hard for very soon! :)

Day 6 also has a sentimental value added to it because the school principal actually tossed up her sleeves and stepped into the kitchen to prepare delicious and sumptuous lunch for us COR'18 peeps! And we really enjoyed her cooking! So delicious and fulfilling <3 Thank you, school principal!

As you can see from these 2 pictures above, you must be puzzled, "why solar panels? why people happily posing for the pic with solar panel?"

Well, the solar panel was actually paid for by COR'18 thanks to a lot of efforts from Business Managers in COR'18 to raise funds and pay for solar panel so that Deaf kids in Kavre school can enjoy hot water in the shower! :D Thank you, Business Managers!!

So, we have arrived at the last service day in Nepal! Next day we will have..... Stay tuned! :P
