We started the day with a trek along with students from the Kavre Deaf School. Although the trek was long and exhausting, the company and interactions with the students made the trek all the more worthwhile. After lunch, we had a Deaf exchange where our local Deafies presented Singaporean Deaf culture and personal experiences while the school shared Nepalese Deaf culture as well. We then had a cultural exchange through performances before ending the day off with an appreciation ceremony where we were presented award certificates and in return, the students from Kavre Deaf School also received stationery and other goodies from us.
